Adam Kelley , Interim Farm Manager, grew up in Woodbridge, CT and first got into farming by volunteering at the Massaro Community Farm as a high school student. While in college, he continued to pursue his interest in agriculture by working on small-scale livestock and vegetable farms in Vermont, including working as Co-Director of the student-run farm on campus. Since moving to New Haven a year and a half ago, Adam has become increasingly interested in approaching farming as it relates to movements for social justice, which ultimately led him to apply for the farm manager job at Common Ground.
