Alexis called the meeting to order at 5:04 pm.

Public Comment (5:04): No public comment

Motion for Certified Resolution

Approved both resolutions (Brian moved, Peter seconded; motions passed unanimously).

1. Remove Karen Jenkins as signatory on TD Bank account.
2. Add Jeff Carter as signatory on TD Bank account.

Executive Session

Sarah Field moved to enter executive session. Liz seconded.

Board came out of executive session at 5:24. No votes were taken in executive session.
