Audit Committee (7:00)
The Audit committee is scheduling two meetings in December to review the FY 23 and prepare to present it to the Board in the December meeting.
Finance and Development Committee Report (7:05) (Jeff)
The Finance and Development committee met on November 16th to review Budget vs Actual and Projections as of September 30th and Invoices for approval. We also discussed how to proceed with the Audit committee and different strategies for reducing the projected deficit. The Finance and Development Committee will next meet on Thursday, December 14th at 4pm. For more info contact Jeff Carter.
Governance Committee Report (7:15) (Shelly)
The Governance Committee met on November 21st. The next meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, December 12th. Please contact Shelly.Hicks@nhep.com with any questions.
Personnel Committee Report (Monique)
The Personnel Committee met on November 7th; The Personnel Committee will meet on the 2nd Tuesday of every month, with the option to meet after BOD meeting as needed. Please contact Monique.Frasier@nhep.com with any questions.
Strategic Planning Committee Report
The strategic planning committee did not meet.
School Committee Report (7:15) Liz
The School Committee met on November 15th. The next meeting date is November 13th. For more information contact Liz.Cox@nhep.com

In order to comply with Connecticut Open Meeting laws, any member of the public wishing to participate in the meeting must sign up on the Public Participation Sign-up Document. Sign-ups for Public Participation will open at 5 pm on the last business day before the meeting (Friday, November 24th ) and will close at 5:00 pm on the day of the meeting (Monday, November 27th ) Public Participation is limited to 2 minutes per person up to 30 total minutes. Anyone wishing to make a statement to the board can also submit testimony in writing to Alexis.Smith@nhep.com by 5:00 pm on the day of the meeting. All submitted documents will be included in the publicly shared meeting minutes.
