Professional Development Workshops

Let our educators share their expertise with your teachers. Workshops focus on teaching outdoors, gardening with a group, outdoor maintenance, using an outdoor makerspace. We offer workshops at your school or at Common Ground; choose a one-time event or a series of three.

Curriculum Design

We’ll discuss your curriculum plans and goals with your team. Then, we’ll help you effectively integrate outdoor learning aligned with your curriculum goals. 

Farm & Garden Conference

Offered in partnership between Common Ground’s Urban Farm and Schoolyards Program, our annual Farm and Garden Conference is a full day of hands on workshops on urban growing, cooking, education + more. An Educators’ Track helps teachers use (or create!) school gardens and outdoor learning spaces while connecting with like-minded teachers.
